If we’re going to make the world a better place, we’ll all have to make some sacrifices. Some of us more than most. Matt Damon, for example, is giving up one of the most basic human necessities: using the toilet. No, no, don’t ask the details. Leave that to the mock-reporters in this adorable ad.
Damon’s “strike” will last until World Water Day on March 22nd, and in the meantime he’s hoping his absurd sense of humor will get lots of others on board. Fans can sign up to have Water Day-related content auto-posted to their Twitter and Facebook accounts in the name of the cause. They can also donate, and have been doing so: from an initial $10,000 fundraising goal, the “Strike With Me” site has already pulled in over $65 thousand.
