Cartier Captures Glitz, Goes Viral

Luxury brands have been creating delightfully artsy short films for the online masses for a while, but this might just be the first one that’s gone completely over-the-top viral. Now, we’re not quite sure exactly what Cartier is expressing here, but goodness is it gorgeous.

The video, a three-minute advertisement for the brand’s “history, its values and inspiration, its artistic and universal scope,” has certainly caught a lot of imaginations. Despite a complete lack of cute infants (human or feline), it’s rocketed past 6 million views in just a few short weeks – and most of that in the tail end of that period. Don’t skip this one. Director Bruno Aveillan has created quite the vision of luxury and elegance that you’ll need to see to believe.
