Carlsberg Terrifies Unsuspecting People for Views
I have to admit a guilty pleasure: social experiment ads are just about my favorite thing. Childhood exposure to Candid Camera might have caused that.
But it seems I’m not alone – 6 million other people, give or take a few hundred thousand, have also sat through the ad I’m about to show you and many of them seem to have loved it (or at least “thumbs up’d” it).
Carlsberg, a Danish brewing company, is running its “This Calls for a Carlsberg” campaign. It involves putting people into super uncomfortable situations and rewarding them with a beer. Check it out:
I’m not sure this is the kindest way you could spread word about your product, but it’s certainly fun to watch.
