Anar Foundation Uses Optical Illusion to Save Lives

Viral ads are a product of the digital age: as cool as a print ad or billboard may be, most aren’t capable of drawing in crowds that then bring their own friends by to check it out and so on. Anar Foundation and agency Grey Spain blurred those lines a bit by creating a bus shelter ad worth filming, and a video worth sharing.

The ad uses lenticular printing to ensure that a very important message reaches its target audience, and only its target audience. The technology used is distinctly analog, but it’s so clever that it set the digital world aflame. In sharing it, the organization reached out for funding and demonstrated its value for donors in one blow.
