Westfield Valley Fair’s Fashionable Grand Reopening
Earlier this year we looked at Westfield Valley Fair’s remodeling project. Now, just a few months later, the center is celebrating its grand reopening, including the debut of its multi-million dollar Dining Terrace.
“We’re thrilled to debut the new Dining Terrace in advance of the holiday shopping season,” said Matt Ehrie, District Vice President and General Manager at Westfield Valley Fair. Featuring chic contemporary design, an open layout, and an expansive outdoor deck, the Dining Terrace is an inviting environment where shoppers can relax, nosh on gourmet bites, and enjoy a glass a wine.
Last week, an exclusive group of Silicon Valley tastemakers had the opportunity to take in the changes, including the expansion of the center’s Luxury Collection, at Fashion DuJour.
The festivities included a panel moderated by Zanna Roberts Rossi, senior fashion editor at Marie Claire and featuring local guest tastemaker Randi Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media. Style experts discussed fall fashion trends and debuted “Top 5” vitrines highlighting their favorite looks from Westfield Valley Fair retailers.
The center also hosted Design Lab Live with the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. This put emerging design talent to the test in a fashion competition.
Fashion DuJour guests also enjoyed a United American Costume Company exhibit of outfits from Emmy-nominated television series including Mad Men, Game of Thrones, Downton Abbey and Boardwalk Empire, and a DuJour Magazine photography display.
