Watters Creek’s Christmas Light Show
Having sorted out its Halloween plans some time ago, Watters Creek has moved on: it’s well into Christmas now. As such, it’s inviting shoppers to kick off the holidays with its brand new Celebration of Lights, a fantasyland of animated light displays launching on November 23rd.
Busy Christmas shoppers will be able to take three minutes to enjoy the lights and music every half hour Monday though Saturday evenings this holiday season. Over 145,000 lights will dazzle as they synchronize to seasonal music. Eight whimsical reindeer will lead a large sleigh off into the air over the creek. The water itself will be lit, and a 30-foot multi-color interactive tree will be the centerpiece.
At the launch of the show on the 23rd, shoppers will get into the holiday spirit with strolling carolers, complimentary carriage and trolley rides, crafts, free hot chocolate and smores, and—of course—the main event: Santa’s arrival at the center.
