Toronto Eaton Center Celebrates a Birthday With Friends
To celebrate 35 years in business, Toronto Eaton Centre invited a few friends: a great group of local bloggers. For the anniversary, which happened on February 10, the shopping center contacted several Toronto-centric blogs and gave them the means to reminisce with their readers.
Each blog was given a handful of $35 center gift cards. In return, they each asked their readership to share something simple: their favorite memory of the shopping center. 125 readers participated at The Backseat Stylers, and more responded at Everything Mom.
Of course, that was hardly all the center did to celebrate, but it did bring together some fantastic memories. The center also put together a few other good memories that it shared with its fans and others alike.
