The Summit Fosters Fashion Sense For Kids
Summer camp can be a pretty great time for the outdoorsy kids, but the kids who would prefer a day at the mall to a day in the woods can be left a bit in the cold. Enter The Summit Birmingham’s Fashion Camp.
Throughout the summer months, the center is holding a series of day camps for the style-oriented youngster. The camps are split up by age group, ages 6-7, 8-9 and 10-12, so the girls can receive age-appropriate tips on all things fashionable.
For a modest registration fee, the girls are introduced to high fashion concepts by the center’s top stylists. They’ll learn how to master makeup, a lesson that will be very helpful as they enter their teen and pre-teen years. They’ll learn how to accessorize appropriately. And they’ll learn how to build their own personal style, which is a great head start to being fashionable and unique. To put all those lessons into practice, each girl that completes Fashion Camp will receive a special gift and $25 gift card to spend at the center.
Girls that make it through Fashion Camp will get one more perk: a lesson on the elements of entertaining that takes place at a group lunch. Sounds like an (elegant, fashionable) blast!
