Shop & Stay for the Holidays
Last year, we saw some fantastic Shop & Stay promotions for Black Friday. But with the Christmas shopping season already well under way for most shoppers and many retailers (and with last year’s well-publicized Wal-Mart tragedy), will Black Friday be the big shopping holiday we’re used to?
With “Value” being the mantra of shoppers this holiday season, it looks like Oakbrook Center has the right idea. It’s Shop & Stay package gives shoppers the relaxation and luxury they need, without a prohibitive pricetag. And the shopping center has teamed up with Oak Brook Hills Marriot Resort to offer the package throughout the entire holiday shopping season.
For $129, shoppers get a 2 night stay (with breakfast) at the resort. They also get breakfast, shuttle service, a $50 gift card to shop with, and a shopping center gift bag filled with goodies: a string of pearls, snacks, and offers for package holding and gift wrapping.
And best of all, the offer is available every weekend from November 6 to December 28. So shoppers can have a great time Christmas shopping no matter when they decide to do it.
