Rundle Mall Gets Rustic For Fringe
Adelaide is busy with Fringe, and Rundle Mall is entirely on board. The shopping district has its own piece of the entertainment on offer with the Fringe Caravan, which brings free shows, previews and interviews to shoppers throughout the festival.
It’s also taking advantage of the opportunity to offer shoppers a nice place to sit, relax and take in some of what Fringe had to offer with Eats, Beats and Seats. Rundle Mall has built its own city garden. Shoppers can wind down at rustic wooden tables, enjoy a bite from a local restaurant or straight from home and even season their snacks with edible plants grown right there in the garden.
In the evening, they can enjoy jazz performances by Blue Lagoon accompanying dinner from local street vendors. Yum!
