Meadowhall’s Storytelling Star

Want to bring kids in for a big world record push? There’s one surefire way to make that happen: reach their moms. Meadowhall is planning a storytelling record attempt for Easter, and it’s making sure moms are on board by bringing in a special guest as the storyteller. Pop star bachelor Peter Andre will be reading to the little ones over two 30 minute sessions, and it looks like they’re going to be popular.

The particular record Meadowhall aims to beat is is the Guinness World Record for the most children reading with an adult in a single location. The kids have to be 16 and under, much to the chagrin of many of Meadowhall’s Facebook fans. Still, though, folks are eager to bring their little ones out for the event. Some without kids are planning to stop in just to get a look at Andre.

One lucky fan will get more than a glimpse. Meadowhall is running a contest through its Facebook page to give one fan and four of her closest friends a chance to get up close and personal. Looks like there will be plenty of takers for that one.
