Marlowes Shopping Center Supports Customer Service


Want your center to be a shining example of customer service? Make rewarding that service a regular part of your plans.

That’s what Marlowes Shopping Centre is doing. Looking to recognize the hard work of customer service workers at the center, it’s put out brochures and an online entry form. They ask shoppers for a simple bit of information in exchange for a chance at a £50 Marlowes gift card. That information? Where they received excellent customer service and who did they receive it from.

Each month, the Marlowes Customer Service Awards will seek out the best customer service representatives the center has to offer. It will also award the store that has achieved the highest standards of customer service over the course of each year.

Marlowes came to an agreement with center retailers to support the scheme, which benefits them all. It positions Marlowe’s as a center that cares about its customers and retailer workers. And it gives retailers the information they need to support good service in their stores.
