Mall of Georgia Prepares its Fabulous Fourth
There’s only a bit over a month left before the fourth of July, and U.S. malls are getting ready. Mall of Georgia has laid out its patriotic plans, inviting local families and friends to add a few sparks to their Independence Day bash. Mall of Georgia will celebrate its ninth annual Fabulous Fourth event packed full of patriotic, family-friendly festivities that tie into its Movies Under the Stars program.
For the first year, the center is introducing the Mall of Georgia Beer Garden. It’s open to families, but caters to the 21 and over beer-drinking crowd. Several mall retailers are helping to decorate the outdoor lounge, including LoveSac, who sell alternative furniture and bean bag chairs. Landscaping shops and nurseries are also working to add a little luxury to the beer garden. Guests will get to enjoy the fourth with beer and patriotic burgers and dogs.
The center’s also planning a lot of family fun. Kids can play in the Kids Zone with giant inflatables, a train ride and outdoor games. After the fireworks, the center will screen Little Fockers.
