LynnMall’s Sleigh Gets Gifts Home in a Hurry
It ain’t easy being green, especially at Christmas. Climbing back on the bus when you’re loaded down with holiday packages just doesn’t have that much appeal.
LynnMall Shopping Centre is making that choice quite a lot easier. To celebrate the redevelopment of its local public transport hub, the center is encouraging shoppers to leave their keys at home. Between December 13 and 25, the center is offering shoppers the opportunity to let go of their burdens: with receipts totaling over $150 and a same-day transportation pass, they can drop off their purchases at LynnMall’s information desk and have them delivered home by later the same day.
The center is working with New Zealand’s only carbon-neutral courier service, Urgent Couriers. So shoppers won’t be wasting their good karma when they hop on the bus. And even drivers will benefit – with more shoppers taking the bus, the parking lot traffic should be better than ever.
