Late-Night Shoppers Win Big at Bayshore’s Magic Hour

This weekend, shoppers at Bayshore Shopping Centre spent a magical evening in the hopes of seeing Sting.

Magic Hour, an event that sees the center open an hour later on Saturday, brought shoppers together to have some fun and put together some money to support Candlelighters, a childhood cancer support program. From 3pm to 10pm, shoppers could visit participating retailers to put together a series of clues hidden in displays.

To keep shoppers moving and having fun with their entries, the center had live entertainment all evening, with music (some of it Sting), animation, live radio broadcasting, and a Sting trivia event that awarded center gift cards.

Those who could put together their entries in time and hold out until 10pm had a chance to win one of six pairs of private suite tickets to see Sting live.

Bayshore has more of these Magic Hour events planned. If Sting is too old for some of its shoppers, next month’s event with tickets to Black Eyed Peas should help.
