Gracechurch Centre’s Fresh Start

1113graceChange is good—except when it isn’t. That’s what M&G Real Estate found a few months after taking over management of The Gracechurch Centre for its new owners earlier this year. While the changes the center has made since have mostly been well-received, one stood out to local shoppers: its new name, The Mall at Sutton Coldfield.

Customers made it clear to the center that the old name is still very much at the heart of the community, and M&G agreed. Now the center has returned to its original name, The Gracechurch Centre, as part of a sweeping change to its branding. While the name is old, the colors and logo are new, and new and exciting brands are arriving all the time. This year has seen the center welcome Caffe Nero, Stormfront, Paperchase, Patisserie Valerie and Nandos, with lifestyle brand Lakeland set to open soon.

Along with the familiar new name, The Gracechurch Centre also has a new website, Facebook page and Twitter account.

“We are pleased to return the shopping centre to its original name and launch a fresh new look at The Gracechurch Centre, both on site and with our new website and social network channels,” said Fiona Faizey, Marketing Manager at The Gracechurch Centre. “We hope local shoppers and the community will like the new design and we look forward to receiving feedback over the coming weeks.”
