Coquitlam Centre Updates the Perfect Wardrobe
It’s all about the perfect wardrobe… but really, who has room for a wardrobe these days?
Last month, Coquitlam Centre updated that fashion cliche with a more modern take: the Perfect Closet. The shopping center invited customers to update their own closets with a little help from its fashion expert, Catherine Dunwoody (television style expert and editor at several major fashion magazines). Through September, Dunwoody offered shoppers style workshops that helped them with whatever stage of the perfect closet they were ready for: the basics, trendy items, or the occasional splurge.
To help shoppers build the perfect closet, Coquitlam Centre offered them a chance to win a great prize package: their very own custom-built “Dream Closet”, valued at $5000, and a $1000 gift card from Coquitlam Centre to use to fill it. The closet package was on display in the center throughout the duration, letting shoppers use their imaginations on just how they’d fill it up.
The center also prepared a microsite for the campaign that offered some basic tips for filling up a good fall closet, and pointed shoppers to retailers that could help them out.
