Carillon City Gathers Mini Moments

It’s easy to get swept up in all the holiday buzz right now. Strictly speaking, though, not everything has to be about the holiday season, and many shoppers would probably appreciate a break from the decked halls and silent nights.

Carillon City is managing to hold a promotion that has nothing to do with Christmas this month, an impressive feat in itself. That is also sounds like a lot of fun is a very nice perk.

The center has picked up a brand new Mini Ray in the bold and beautiful Vitamin Orange. They then tricked out the car with a special video camera in the dash. Over the first couple weeks of December, shoppers can pop into the driver’s seat, picture themselves on the open road and record their ‘Mini Moment,’ the most compelling argument they have for why they deserve to win the vehicle.

The 30 second video clips are being posted to the center’s Facebook page, where they’re being voted on by other shoppers. The 10 most popular clips will be judged, along with 11 daily picks that make the judges smile.

To keep the energy levels up at the promotional site, the center hired performing arts students to man the area and attract shoppers’ attention.
