Capital Shopping Centres Finds Family Heroes
National Family Week is May 31st to June 6th in the UK, and ten Capital Shopping Centres are looking for true family heroes.
The shopping centers are collecting nominations for the Unsung Family Hero of 2010. They’re looking for the person who holds families together with their strength and love, it’s the single mother that works hard to take care of her kids, the grandparent who watches over generations of loved ones, or the teen who will drop everything to care for a sibling, visit an elder, and cook for a busy parent. Each shopping center will search through the nominations to find their local unsung hero. All ten regional winners will be entered for the chance to be the national Unsung Family Hero, who will win a VIP family day out at their local Capital Shopping Centre with a £500 gift card to celebrate with.
It’s just a little way to say thank you to those people who work hard every day to take care of the people they love, and to show them a little appreciation.
