Brookfield Place gives neighbors a kiss
Brookfield Place in Ontario, Canada is a mixed-use development that’s playing to its strengths.
For this Valentine’s Day, the center went for a personal touch. KissCertificates were dropped off on the desks of the property’s office tower tenants, along with chocolate hearts. The certificates entitled the bearer to $5 off a purchase at Brookfield Place retailers in the days leading up to Valentine’s Day.
Retailers reported that over 600 of the certificates were used over the lead up to the holiday. And a Forward-to-a-Friend incentive that went along with the promotion brought in 300 new subscribers to the center’s e-newsletter. All around a big success, and a great example of making use of one’s connections.
