BCSC Works Through The Social Media Hype and Promise

Not that long ago, we got the news that nearly half of the top U.K. shopping centers are currently skipping out on social media marketing. Now, obviously you don’t need to market online to succeed, but more and more shoppers are taking to the web to build relationships with brands.

If you’re at a U.K. center and you’re trying to decide if social media marketing is worth the time and cost, now’s the perfect opportunity to find out. On December 5, BCSC is holding its Social Media in Shopping Centres Seminar in London, specifically at the Commonwealth Club from 5:30 to 8:15 pm.

The seminar will look at what social media means for shopping centers, and it will do so with a sound foundation in research into how shopping centers engage online and how well they’re doing.

The discussion will cover the findings of the organization’s research, the issues shopping centers encounter when engaging with customers and online, and how social media can affect your bottom line.

Sounds like a great day. You can book your place here — and if you’re looking for something like this in the north, BCSC plans to repeat it in January at a new location.
