New AMP Brand Campaign Hits Close to Home

AMP Capital Shopping Centres is saying farewell to brand ambassador Sophie Falkiner, and hello to the Champion family.

The Champions – a traditional, relatable family of two parents, four kids, and a family dog – are the center of AMP’s new brand campaign. They will be the face of AMP throughout upcoming seasons, events and marketing campaigns, and AMP hopes that they will bring the brand home to its shoppers. A series of commercials will showcase the family’s adventures.

About the campaign, AMPCSC Head of Marketing & Communication, Stuart Langeveldt, says ““Today’s shopping centre experience has evolved in such a way that we were looking for a fresh approach to reflect the fact that shopping centres are increasingly becoming the heart of local communities.” The Champion family will help shoppers relate to the brand and connect with it on an emotional level.

And to help shoppers connect with the Champions on a financial level, AMP Shopping Centers are offering a competition for a $500 voucher. To enter, shoppers must explain what their families are the champions of.
