How many years of experience do you have in the shopping center industry?
Five years, all of them with Westfield

What is your primary goal this year?
My focus this year is to successfully launch four new marketing platforms in my center to help drive traffic and sales, as well as strengthen relationships with my retailers.

What is your biggest challenge this year?
My biggest challenge is consumers’ conservative shopping patterns due to the economic climate and finding ways to get people into the mall and feeling good about shopping again.

Can you offer one tip to other mall marketing professionals?
Be inventive, think outside the box and have fun with what you do!
