On the Move: Mike Donaghy
West Valley Mall has welcomed in a new general manager, Mike Donaghy, to its team.
Donaghy’s will be overseeing property management, business development, leasing and overall administration at the center. “Mike’s long-term organizational leadership and strategic management experience will be an asset to West Valley Mall’s retailers, as well as the operations and marketing teams,” says Mark Thorsen, vice president of asset management for General Growth Properties.
Donaghy has a long history in the shopping center industry. For nearly twenty years, he served as general manager for three of Stone Brothers & Associates’ Stockton, California, shopping center properties: Sherwood Mall, Robinhood Plaza and Sherwood Plaza. He has also worked as asset manager for Pacifica Retail Management/Kitchell Corporation.
Before entering the industry, Donaghy attended Washington State University to study architecture and engineering.
