On the Move: Carl Chudnofsky
Noerr Programs, a digital event imaging company that works with shopping centers across the United States, has welcomed a recent shopping center industry executive to its team. Carl Chudnofsky, former executive vice-president and chief operating officer of Prime Retail malls, has joined The Noerr Programs Corp. as president.
According to Noerr founders and co-chief executive officers Judy Noerr and Philip J. Byrne II, “we have known Carl for many years, personally and professionally. He is a creative innovator with a gift for leading and building teams. In the brief time Carl has been working with us, we have realized substantial growth in new business. His senior management experience in the industry is an invaluable asset as we continue to grow our company.”
Chudnofsky has a long history in retail and shopping centers, including a number of years as senior executive and board member at Filene’s in Boston, a Division of Federated Department Stores, and later at May Company, which was acquired by Macy’s. Later, he joined New England Development to become executive vice-president and a principal of the company. Thereafter, NED merged with the O’Connor Group of New York City, forming one of the largest shopping center management companies in the country, where Chudnofsky was named president of the management company.
And now Chudnofsky is at Noerr, where we wish him joy and success. Congratulations on the new role, Carl!
