On the Move: Beal, Avila and Lawrence
Three hard-working members of the Donahue Schriber team have been promoted. In their new roles, Henry Avila, the new senior vice president asset management, Heather Beal, senior vice president leasing, and Scott Lawrence, senior vice president construction, will work with the company’s executive committee to shape the future of Donahue Schriber. They’ll also be sitting on the company’s investment committee, so they’ll be responsible for many decisions about future shopping center development and leasing.
Beal and Avila have been with the company for nearly 50 years combined. Avila, a 25-year veteran of the company, has most recently served as the company’s vice president asset management. He oversaw the company’s 11.8 million square foot REIT portfolio. Beal has been with the company for 24 years, most currently as vice president leasing for Northern and Central California development projects.
Lawrence has been with the Donahue Schriber since 2005, assisting the company in tenant coordination. He also heads the due diligence efforts for centers that Donahue Schriber acquires.
Congratulations on the new roles, all of you!
