On the Move at Primedia
Primedia Lifestyle is a top marketing consultancy that serves many South African shopping centers. In the last month it’s welcomed quite a few new team members, strengthening its team substantially.
The first, Busi Mahlaba, has been appointed as National Marketing Executive. She previously served as editor of True Love Magazine and Market Development Manager at Media24 Women’s Magazines. She’s also a Rhodes University graduate who’s worked in marketing for AC Nielsen South Africa on many top brands.
Lifestyle has also welcomed Linda Windell, finalist of South Africa’s 2009 PA of the year, as its new Marketing Manager. Windell has been the assistant of Ken Varejes, CEO of Primedia Unlimited, for the last four years.
Doug Mayne has been promoted from within Lifestyle, where he previously served as National Marketing Executive. Now Mayne is Managing Director, a position previously occupied by Paul Carsley, who has moved up to Divisional COO.
