Westfield Valley Fair Kicks Off Dining Terrace Project

719wfWestfield Valley Fair is already a pretty great center, one of the company’s flagship U.S. properties. It’s set to get even better soon, with construction commencing on a new, 23,000 square-foot Dining Terrace.

The terrace will debut in conjunction with the center’s highly-anticipated Luxury Collection this fall. It’s a multi-million dollar project that will expand the center’s dining offerings to include 10 upscale new eateries alongside the its many existing restaurants and dining options. There will be fast-casual dining, entertainment programming and al fresco seating.

“The Dining Terrace renovation at Westfield Valley Fair marks the beginning of an exciting time in the shopping center’s overall growth and ongoing renaissance,” said Antony Ritch, Westfield Senior Vice President of Development Northwest. “This significant addition, coupled with an evolving luxury retailer wing and numerous enhancements throughout the center, reflects the Westfield Group’s commitment and confidence in Westfield Valley Fair.”

The center is taking inspiration from the Silicon Valley lifestyle for the design of the new terrace, with bright, natural light to highlight natural and raw materials like marble, basalt, wood, concrete and steel. There are indoor seating options, but shoppers will be sure to enjoy the al fresco patio with fire pits, a pizza and wine bar, sculpture and plus lounge seating. Perfect for soaking up the California sun.
