Time to Register for the 16th Congress of the SACSC
The South African Council of Shopping Centers has announced the dates for its 16th Congress: 19-21 September, at ICC Durban.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Connect: The Power of Personal.” Here’s what the organization has to say about it:
“What is the future of the customer interface? With everyone spending more and more time online, the desire for ‘real’ human connections and a sense of community is increasing. The congress will highlight the ways in which retail, retail property and SACSC members can harness The Power of Personal to reconnect with people and markets on a new level of individuality. Speakers have been invited to share their views on how to CONNECT with markets and stakeholders, balancing the many human and digital options.”
The event sounds like a blast with three major pre-congress events: a collection of retail property tours, a golf day and a networking lunch. Then, on the 20th, there’s a Wild Wild West-themed networking party. And that’s just the extra stuff.
