ICSC European Finalists Announced
The International Council of Shopping Centers has announced the finalists for its 2013 European Shopping Centre Awards, and it’s an impressive bunch. Twelve centers representing seven countries have been recognized, and the jury has begun the process of visiting the properties in advance of making its final decision in April.
