Congratulations to the ACE Award winners
The winners of the BCSC’s ACE Awards 2011 have been announced. These centers were chosen for their dedication to customer service and customer care. Each center was audited by the ACE panel for its customer experience every step of the way, from its website to its washrooms.
Here are this year’s winners:
- up to 40,000 sq m – Glasgow Fort
- 40,000 – 80,000 sq m – The Oracle, Reading
- over 80,000 sq m – Silverburn, Glasgow
- ACE Award for Disability Inclusion – The Oracle, Reading
- ACE Commendation – James Nicholls, Kingfisher, Redditch – Awarded for Exceptional Customer Service
The Top ACE went to The Oracle.
