Claremont Quarter Celebrates its Big Launch

Australia’s Claremont Quarter has completed the final stage of a $450 million redevelopment. It’s been a long time coming, and the rebirth is something to celebrate.

So Claremont Quarter did what anyone would do to celebrate such a momentous event: it threw a huge party. The center’s official VIP launch was hosted by the CEO of developer Hawaiian, Russell Gibbs. Along with MC Rick Ardon, local jazz sensation Shameem Taherri-Lee will headlined the night before a star-studded local audience that included Premier Colin Barnett, models Jessica Gomes and Tia Eckhardt, former Miss Universe Australia Laura Dundovic, fashion designers Simone Zimmermann and Charlie Brown and top sports, political and media figures.

The night started off with black carpet arrivals at The Square, the center’s new community space. It was followed up by fashion and food features at The Lane, the brand new dining precinct at Claremont Quarter. Food and beverages were provided by the center’s top restaurants.

This VIP night fell one night after the center’s VIP shopping party, which was open to everyone. It offered tasty treats and beverages, exclusive discounts from many of the center’s retailers, live music, and a designer show. Two parties in a row sounds like a great way to celebrate.
