ACE Awards 2011: Show Off Your Customer Care
Does your center excel at customer care? If you’re in the UK, you should consider entering an application for the ACE Awards 2011.
Though the awards presentation isn’t until March, you’ll want to get your entry in right away – the deadline is October 15. This gives the judges enough time to complete the auditing process. Each applicant center will receive two mystery shopper audits (at peak and off-peak hours) that will establish the center’s success at customer service and customer care. The audit is thorough; if you’re interested, you can take a look at the criteria here. It looks at virtually every aspect of the customer experience at your center, from interactions with center staff to the cleanliness and accessibility of the washrooms. They even evaluate your website. Best of all, you’ll receive a copy of your center’s audit, so you’ll see where you excel and where you can improve.
