Stretch your event budget this summer!
You already sell sponsorships to increase revenue to put on your events. Give your sponsors one more value for their dollars. Let them sponsor the promotional product that will complete or advertise your event.
In a recent study, 62 percent of those who received a promotional product from an advertiser did business with them after they received a gift. So, how about handing out concert series magnets (with the logos of key sponsors) in the weeks before the big event? Sell the ad space on the promotional product to multiple sponsors. A hand fan is also very inexpensive, yet has over 49 square inches of ad space per side to sell!  A drawstring backpack has over 100 square inches of ad space!
Using promotional product as part of you next sponsored event will:
• Add value and incentive for a sponsor to participate
• Provide a target specific advertising vehicle that goes home with the shoppers
• Create a repeat impression opportunity the more the product is used
• Maximize the mileage of your budget and your sponsors’ budgets.
