Tilton Tanger Outlet Raises Money for Breast Cancer Awareness
LRGHealthcare received an early Christmas present from the Tanger Outlet center in Tilton, NH, this week. The center raised and donated $66,994 for breast cancer initiatives this fall, and presented the check in a special ceremony earlier this week.
A large portion of the donation came from sales of the Tanger Pink Card. In exchange for a $1 donation, shoppers received a special pink card that entitled them to 25% off at participating stores.
The rest was from the 2nd Annual Tanger Fit For Families 5K Run/Walk that was held in September. With over 400 participants and over 30 local sponsors, the event was quite successful.
As part of its annual PinkStyle Campaign, Tanger Outlets in 22 states topped the $1 million mark in funds raised for the cause, for the third consecutive year.
