Memorial City Mall Paints the Town Teal
All this month, Memorial City Mall is setting out to raise funds for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF). Inspired by one of their own, the mall will “Paint The Town Teal.”
With a donation of $10 or more, shoppers can pick up exclusive Paint The Town Teal bags, with teal ribbon lapel pin and exclusive savings offers and samples from many of the center’s retailers. The center is also donating money for each Like it receives on Facebook, and it’s offering a text-in donation option as well.
Its Real Rewards Club members will also be invited to special events and opportunities throughout the month.
With most malls preparing to go pink next month, you might be wondering why Memorial City Mall is going teal instead. Aside from all the excellent reasons for one to support ovarian cancer research, the center has a personal stake. An article in the Bellaire Examiner has all the details.
