Creative Canning
Minnesotans can be part of something great this weekend, as Canstruction comes to Mall of America.
The event brings seven teams of architects, engineers and students together to compete to create great works of canned food art. The teams have 12 hours to deploy their creations, which are made from thousands of tins of food. At the completion of the competition, the canned food is donated to the local food bank.
