Wade Park Announces Upcoming Retailers

Though Texas’s Wade Park isn’t due to open until Spring 2017, the 175-acre mixed-use development already has retailers lining up to fill out the project.

The center has just announced five new dining tenants: The Rustic, a locally-sourced restaurant that focuses on comfort food with a twist, Texas brews and outdoor entertainment; Steel City Pops, source of small-batch, all-natural gourmet popsicles; Thirteen Pies, an intimate neighborhood pizzeria that encourages communal dining; Bread Zeppelin and Torchy’s Tacos.

Four new retailers are also slated to open with the development: Arhaus, a home furnishings retailer that provides one-of-a-kind, sustainably created pieces; and beauty retailers MiniLuxe, Elle K and The Lash Lounge.

“We are providing diners and shoppers with an experience like none other at Wade Park, complete with the most in-demand retailers around at a destination center that is unparalleled,” stated Stan Thomas, president and CEO of Thomas Land & Development. “This is only the beginning of many great announcements, and we can’t wait to share more exciting news in the upcoming months. Wade Park is preparing to take the North Dallas market to the next level and we want the community to be a part of it.”
