Want your mall’s event or promotion featured in Tactics Magazine next year? If so, you’d best familiarize yourself with next year’s Editorial Calendar, available online here.
It’s got important information about topics, features and editorial and advertising deadlines, so make sure to check it out if you’ll be submitting to the magazine. The editorial and advertising deadline for the first issue of the year is January 29, 2010, so get your submissions in order soon.

Holiday Schedule 2009
With the holiday season upon us, your weekly dose of marketing ideas and events has a few small scheduling changes coming up.
There will be a newsletter in your inbox next Thursday, the 17th. But with most of you, our lovely readers, off for the holidays on Thursday the 24th, we’ll be releasing the following week’s newsletter a bit early – on Wednesday the 23rd.
Finally, we’ll be taking a short break too. There won’t be a newsletter for the week of the 31st. But never fear! Shopping Center Weekly will return on January 7th – refreshed from the holidays and ready to bring you all the news of the new year (and a brand new decade).
So if you’d like us to cover any of your great ideas or events before the end of the year, get in touch with the editor, Nissa Campbell, soon.

You’ll need your subscriber number (found on the mailing label of any recent copy of Tactics Magazine) and a Flash-capable browser. If you’ve got those two things available, head on over to tacticsmagazine.com
Under “Current Issue” on the right sidebar, log in with your subscriber number as your username and the temporary password 6458tactics
Now you’ll see the brand-new Holiday edition of Tactics Magazine as the top post. Before clicking on it to take a closer look at the great stories waiting for you this month, though, click “Membership Details” in the side bar to change your password and make sure we have an up-to-date email address for you.
And just a note: please keep your login information secure. There’s a limit to the number of locations you can log into the new members’ area from, and if you exceed that limit you’ll be temporarily locked out of the system.
